What is PetCentric Health?
PetCentric Health partners with veterinary clinics like Alpha to make it easier for pet parents to afford and access care. Together, we build a custom care plan based on what our vets recommend for a full year of your pet’s health needs.
The result? Your pet gets consistent, proactive care—and you get financial peace of mind with predictable monthly payments and fewer surprise bills.
What does a plan cover?
We offer customized plans for:
Cats: Kitten, Adult, and Senior
Dogs: Puppy, Adult, and Senior
Each plan includes your pet’s annual preventive care (like exams, vaccines, and lab work), plus a Flexible Spend Allowance you can use toward additional services such as dental cleanings, diagnostics, or sick visits.
And if you don’t use your full Flexible Spend Allowance within the year? 75% of the unused amount rolls over into the next plan year, so it’s there when you need it.
Is this pet insurance?
No. This is not pet insurance. Unlike traditional insurance, this is a primary care plan that helps you manage the cost of your pet’s routine wellness care. It includes preventive services and a built-in Flexible Spend Allowance you can use for things like sick visits or dental cleanings.
Most annual veterinary costs—like exams, vaccines, and parasite prevention—aren’t covered by insurance. That’s where a primary care plan helps. It also has no restrictions based on your pet’s age, breed, or preexisting conditions, and it allows you to pay for care with a predictable monthly subscription.
